Almost all excavated all the way to back end of property line. Live in small structure after renovating it....continue building on posts which are in!!! There is an overhead power line if one desires to be on grid, but there is plenty of sun and enough trade wind to make being off grid a possibility. Trash removal by a private contractor or many take trash to transfer station located conveniently in Ocean View town which has a post office, grocery stores, cafes, pizza parlor with yummy desserts, laundromat, florist, gift shops and L & L local food restaurant!
