Hawaiian Ocean View Estates - This great lot is located on Iwalani Circle in which the County of Hawaii owns 10 acres of land, so you won't have many neighbors! Few homes up in this higher elevation of HOVE so the views are unblocked and beautiful. The lot is extra wide (approx 140 x 320) since it's on a circle and it has lots of interesting lava features. There is no Helco power in this block, so solar or wind power would be the way to go. Lava Zone 2, Flood Zone X.
Just a few miles down the mountain is Ocean View Town Center for shopping such as markets, gas stations, hardware and several good restaurants. There is also a post office and many other small businesses. Kailua-Kona is the closest major city with an international airport and lots of shopping choices. There are all sorts of other services there, too. Check out Ka'u and live in the country away from it all!
