An almost full acre water catchment basin (although other possible uses are only limited by your imagination), at one time sealed with a plastic liner and used as the piped water supply of an adjacent protea farm. Much of the original liner is still present and usable, just crumpled and moved around by various elements. There is existing wire fencing, just in need of re-installation. The full interior of the basin is cindered. This is a unique property with clean-up required but plenty of useful possibilities. Do Not enter property as it is sloping and potentially slippery and it is rocky. Acre is being sold 'as is'.
