The back-up generator is located in this room. All utilities are underground on this property, which is self-sufficient in water and electricity. All 3 hexagonal structures and the utility room are supplied with water purification systems.


The property is completely fenced and is accessible by two roads off Kamaili. One of which provides access for trucks with heavy loads. Additional structures on the property include a 20' by 40' Polynesian-style gazebo and customized 36' by 96' greenhouse.
